While I'm not a huge Nuggets fan, I can certainly appreciate a night like last night. Jose's boss gave us tickets to watch the Nuggets play against the Spurs. The game may have been a blow-out, but we got to be on the floor for the warm-up and Nick and Christian got to be a part of the high-five tunnel. That means high-fiving the Nuggets players--how cool is that?! It was great fun to be a part of the excitement and to get some quality time with these fellas...

Planes.
I love seeing wonder in Griffin's face. Watching him experience something new and being so filled with excitement. What he felt upon entering Wings Over the Rockies was palpable. We could hardly contain him. His joy was only matched by Jose's. I guess I'd better start learning about planes.

Five Months.
This is a little embarrassing. I have hardly taken any pictures with my camera in the last month or so...because my memory card is full. Sometimes the idea of deleting photos is a little overwhelming. I worry I'll accidentally delete my favorite and that my computer will crash and that Snapfish and Blogger will go under. Ridiculous, right? Well, I finally made some space today.
So, Happy Valentine's Day! Here's a little love from our family to yours. Give extra love to everyone today...

Diego is five months old. It has gone much more quickly than Griff's first five months, but it feels like more has happened. Griff is going full steam ahead with potty training. He loves to wear his "choo choo's" around the house. He's doing much better than I thought he would. Diego is rolling around and smiling like crazy. He also seems to be getting into a groove with naps...long naps. Hooray! Seeing the two of them together makes my heart sing. Oh, how I love my boys.

Boys.
There are some mornings when they wake up and it's as if they've grown over night. Changed. There's something in the way they make noise or move or the expressions they make that is just different. Last week, Griff said his name for the first time--Diff. (He has been calling himself YOU! for quite a while) Diego seems suddenly so aware of his big brother and thinks he's hilarious. Seeing the two of them together, happy fills me up. While I know there will be times when I will long for some moment or memory from the past, days like these make me excited for all of the things to come. Love these boys...
